G S Lakshminarayanan is presently Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) and has is associated with TCS from year 2003. He is part of leadership team in driving the finance team to partner with business through simplified processes and in instituting internal control and governance mechanism.
He has a rich blend of experience in internal finance processes and partnering with business units in realizing their potential. Prior to his current role, he had been the Global Head for Financial reporting, Employee Services and had a stint at UK heading the finance function of UK & Europe.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Mr Ujjwal Mathur, is presently Senior Vice President & Country Head – India business at Tata Consultancy Services Limited and has is associated with TCS for over 24 years and has been in various roles and successful leadership responsibilities. Currently, he is managing customer relationships, sales and operations and is on the Board of TCS subsidiaries.

He was Regional Manager for TCS – Boston region and has been instrumental in establishing strategic relationships with clients in the New England Region of US. He was also the e-business Practice Director for APAC region and has helped to position TCS as a transformation partner to many global clients in the region.

His academic credentials include a Bachelors degree in Electronics and an Executive Management Degree from IIM Calcutta.

Ms. Prabha Thomas is Vice President and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at TCS. She heads the Enterprise Risk and Compliance function in this capacity. She is responsible for designing and implementing the ERM framework of TCS, and has risk governance oversight over business units, geographies and functions. She is also responsible for the Enterprise Compliance framework and has oversight over regulatory compliance in all aspects of the business. She is also the Chair of the Covid-19 Apex Committee of TCS.

Prior to this, she has managed large IT programs for Global Banks and Financial Institutions, and global enterprise initiatives in TCS. She has rich experience covering program management, large account management, multi-vendor governance, enterprise quality management, business process management, governance, risk and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Prabha has been with TCS for 28 years. She is a B-Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and an MBA in Finance & Systems.

Debangshu Munshi is presently Chief General Manager (CGM), designated as the CGM (Associates & Subsidiaries) of State Bank of India (SBI). He joined as Probationary Officer in SBI in the year 1994. Prior to this, he served as General Manager at Chairman Secretariat and at Central Board Secretariat at SBI Corporate Centre, Mumbai. Mr. Munshi worked as SVP (Settlement & Back Office) in the Treasury of SBI’s Wholesale Banking Branch, Bahrain and held other leadership positions at State Bank of India, including, the Deputy General Manager (L&D, STU), Corporate Centre, Mumbai; Assistant General Manager, Country Risk in the Risk & Compliance Department of International Banking Group, Corporate Centre, Mumbai; and Branch Head, among others.
He is Post-Graduate in MA History, Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Advising along with Certificates in Cyber Security and AML & KYC.

Ms. Vidya Krishnan joined State Bank of India, as Probationary Officer on December 01, 1988. Ms. Krishnan has worked in various assignments during her long and distinguished banking career. She has immense experience in Digital Banking while working as General Manager (e-Commerce & Digital Initiative) as well as CGM (Strategy & Digital Banking), Corporate Centre, Mumbai. She has also headed Bhubaneswar Circle. Since July 01, 2022, Ms. Krishnan is heading SBI Global IT Centre as Deputy Managing Director & CIO.

Mr. Satish Nagesh Rao joined State Bank of India, as Probationary Officer on August 01, 1991. Mr. Rao has experience in operational administration while working as Deputy General Manager (Business & Operations) at Siliguri and Infrastructure and operational functions of Retail YONO application, set up by the Data Management Office in June 2019 and he has implemented the Data Governance Framework and Data Management / Data Quality processes across the Bank while working as General Manager & Chief Data Management Officer. Since July 02, 2022, Mr. Rao is heading IT Core & Special Projects as Chief General Manager.
