Yes. BaNCS is suited for operations on thin clients.

Does the solution have offline functionality?

Yes. The solution permits certain basic operations during periods when the network connectivity is out of commission. On resumption, the data of the intervening period is uploaded and synchronized.

What reports/returns are currently provided?

C-Edge has a vast array of reports and returns that are currently available from the software solution. In addition, C-Edge generates other reports and returns required by the customers.

What about additional requirements for reports/returns?

Additional reports and returns are considered on a case-to-case basis. However, reports of common interest of the client banks and additional reports/returns prescribed by statutory/regulatory bodies are provided at no extra cost.

Does the software provide interface to delivery channels?

The software already has several ready interfaces to all common delivery channels, like ATMs, Internet Banking, Phone-banking, POS, etc.
